The Flexitarian Cookbook



It's here, it's here! The much anticipated Flexitarian Cookbook is now available on Amazon.com for purchase. The book features "flexible" recipes from top chefs that can be cooked with meat, made vegan or vegetarian. We're honored to have several recipes published in the book, which benefits Slow Food's Time for Lunch Campaign, and Yoga Bear.
